The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk to places like the Hofburg Palace and nearby subway, made sight-seeing easy.

In my wife's opinion, breakfast variety could be improved.

The location was fantastic. Only a short stroll to the bustling shopping district and nearby metro. I appreciated the spacious room. And the breakfast was adequate to start the day!

the venue is fancy, fairly clean and the location is excellent and absolutely perfect near to public transport as well as food outlets. the staff are flexible and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. the food is healthy and good.

I have had a really really nice experience, this perfect, clean hotel deserves more than 4 stars. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The breakfast spread was tasty with good coffee and also ham. The provided service was excellent.

The Continental Hotel-Pension in Vienna is a gem! Loads of space in a cozy atmosphere, with polite staff were great. The basic breakfast was adequate, fueling our adventures.

Location was perfect, just a short walk to mariahilfer street and the metro. Breakfast was solid with plenty of options, and the rooms were kept very clean.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially the men working at the reception. Even the old man spoke English very well. The room was spacious and clean (I am very sensitive to dust and dirt). It felt like a warm, cozy, familly hotel. A pleasant surprise was we even had free wifi in our room, and not only in the public areas as is described on Booked.net. The location is excellent, we walked from the West Bahnhof with our luggage in 15 minutes to the hotel, which is in the middle of the shopping street Mariahilfergasse. From the hotel we could just walk to most of the hot spots, and when we needed to go some place further: the subwaystation is just around the corner.

If I have to say something it would be the breakfast. I was not bad but there was limited choice.

Location is fantastic, some of the staff are really nice, free wifi (although late at night, they switched it off), housekeeping people do their job really well

A bit oldfashioned, no airconditioning, a lot of the rooms are in corridors that you have to walk through to get to the reception

The hotel is in a convenient location, just a short walk to the Hofburg Imperial Palace and other amazing spots. Our family loved the cozy atmosphere and the staff's friendliness. We felt welcomed, and the en suite bathroom was particularly excellent.

My wife says that the breakfast variety could use a few more options for families.

Location was perfect; you can basically walk everywhere & very close to very nice restaurant-bars. Our room was nothing special but clean and warm.

Hotel & its services are satisfactory but still expensive for the quality they are offering.
